Contemplating a home sale in the next year, clients knew they needed to update their kitchen to maximize marketability but didn't want to invest in new flooring and all new cabinetry. 

We started with a fresh new color palette throughout the home, leaning into it hard by painting the island base and cabinets in a dark iron ore to contrast with the existing cabinets and the new quartz countertops and backsplash. New matte black cabinet hardware and a custom designed vent surround in a dark basalt tile set in a chevron pattern, adds movement and carries the iron ore throughout the space.  

Fluted, columnar-shaped brass and glass pendants play with the matte black and brass faucets - which have a knurled finish that is repeated in the handles of the appliances.
